The holidays are here and everyone is bustling about cooking, shopping, cleaning, and…stressing! For many, the holiday season is a time of joy, peace, fun, and family. But for others, the season can create additional stress and feelings of loneliness or sadness. People may be extra emotional, possibly cranky, and even mean during this time of year. If you’re a customer service professional like me, you might need to remind yourself of this fact so you can empathize with those less-than-jolly customers!
Here are a few ways you can managing the stress of the season and have a happy holiday:

- Allow time for yourself.
