 Sarah Tharp Sarah Tharp is Central’s Communications Specialist. She is the Blog editor and manages Central’s other social media pages including Facebook. She also assists with our agency publication, the Centralizer, and video production. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Graphics from Purdue University.
Daniel Arant is a software developer in Central’s Accounts Receivable and Claims IT group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, and has earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Programming. Daniel is a second-generation programmer and fourth-generation Renaissance man who enjoys everything from Jewish History to cooking and archery.
Jessica Archibald is a Commercial Lines Services Coordinator in Central’s Customer Service department. In the 11 years that she has been with the company, she has earned her Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation and has obtained her Agent’s License for the state of Ohio. Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Northwestern Ohio and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree at Grace College.
Rich Arney is a Senior Development Specialist within Central’s IT Department. He has worked in the department for nearly 20 years. Rich is a graduate of Bluffton College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. He has also taught several adult-education computer courses.
Allan Banner is a Central’s Marketing Manager for North Carolina. He has been with Central for 22 years with experience in both Commercial Underwriting and Marketing. Allan has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. He was awarded the North Carolina Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) Company Representative of the Year in 1999. Allan graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Todd Barickman is a Claims Field Representative in Central’s Southwest regional office. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas in San Antonio. He also has a Master of Arts in Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. He is currently working on his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
Kelle Bautz is a former employee of Central in the Customer Service department. Prior to her employment at Central, Kelle devoted most of her time to being a stay-at-home mom, while learning to work with and respect all types of people by volunteering throughout the community. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she holds an Associate’s Degree from Bryant and Stratton College.
Kristi Bell is a former employee of Central in the Marketing Department. Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tampa.
Sara Beining Sara Beining is a Developer in the Information Technology Department. She previously held positions in both Personal Lines Accounts Receivable and Commercial Lines Accounts Receivable. Sara has earned her Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. She is also a member of the Social Media team, and past member of the Partners In Progress Newsletter team.
Brittany Bigham Brittany Bigham is a Commercial Lines Correspondent in Central’s Customer Services department. She graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys running 5K races and completed her first half marathon in 2014.
Joey Bowen is a Senior Developer/Analyst in Central’s IT Department. He has been with Central since 2005, and during that time he has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM) designations. Prior to joining Central, Joey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ohio University.
  Jason Brown is the Commercial Staff Underwriting Manager for Central. With over 30 years of insurance expertise in both claims and underwriting, his responsibilities include management of the Home Office Commercial Lines Underwriting Staff, coordination and oversight of staff underwriting training programs, and new program development and project management for Commercial Lines. A graduate of Indiana University, Jason has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.  He currently serves on the Liability, Cyber and Workers’ Compensation committees for the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and is a member of the Underwriting Executive Council and Great Lakes CPCU Society Chapter.
Martha Brown is a Claims Supervisor in Central’s Northeast Regional Office. Martha has earned the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and has completed the Supervisory Management Program.
Kim Butler Kim Butler is a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative in our Claims Department. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Since joining the Central team, Kim has earned her Certificate in General Insurance, Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
John Carroll John Carroll is a Commercial Staff Underwriter in Central’s Southeast Regional Office. He has 29 years’ experience as a commercial lines underwriter, 19 of those with Central. John is a graduate of Georgia State University and has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Dave Clay Dave Clay is Central’s Marketing Manager for Indiana, and has worked for Central for almost 25 years with experience in both Commercial Underwriting and Marketing. Dave has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations and has served on the Indiana CIC Education Committee for many years. He earned the Indiana PIA Company Representative of the year in 2005 and the IIAI Company Professional of the Year in 2006. He graduated with honors from Wright State University in 1978 with a degree in Secondary Education/English.
Joe Coffaro Joe Coffaro is a Commercial Lines underwriter in Central’s Northeast Regional Office. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2001, on both the company and agency side, and has been with Central since April 2014. He earned his Bachelor’s in Speech Communications from Miami University in 2000. Joe is currently pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and has completed two of the required exams thus far.
  A graduate of The Ohio State University, RJ Coleman is a Client Center Manager in Central’s Home Office. Previous to his current position, he spent five years in Central’s Claims department.  He has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations.  RJ’s claims to fame: he was a member of the Buckeyes’ 2002 National Championship and 2005 Big Ten Championship teams … and he can eat two Chipotle burritos in under seven minutes!
Jared Davis is former employee of Central in our Southeast Regional Office where he was a Senior Claims Representative. He is a 2005 graduate of Auburn University. Jared has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
Chad Ellis is a Loss Control Representative for West Georgia and Tennessee in Central’s Southeast Region. He has been with Central for 11 years and previously worked as a claims representative and in personal lines underwriting. Chad has completed courses in property and liability, personal, and commercial insurance.
Madie Enyart Madie Enyart is an Extended Hours Correspondent in Central’s Customer Services Department. She is currently attending Liberty University to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Madie is a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking.
  Scott Etzler is Central’s Vice President of Risk Management, responsible for leading the company’s Innovation Department, authoring Central’s Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) annual submission, coordinating Central’s ERM corporate initiatives, and point person for Central’s Treaty Reinsurance programs. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana Tech and an MBA from the University of St. Francis. During his twelve years with Central, he has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Carly Fortman joined Central Insurance Companies in 2013 as the Training & Education Coordinator and currently holds the position of Learning and Development Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and spent two summers as an intern at Central during college. She has earned her Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Personal Lines Insurance (API), and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations. She is also a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals and serves on the Ohio Insurance Institute’s Education Committee.
 Jeff_foster A proud native of North Carolina, Jeff Foster has over two decades of experience in underwriting personal insurance. Jeff has worked for Central Mutual for 16 years and graduated with honors in 1991 from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Journalism.
Ryan Franco is a Loss Control Specialist servicing North Carolina and South Carolina for Central’s Southeast Regional Office (SERO). He has been with Central since 2011 and in the loss control field since 2003. Ryan graduated from Keene State College in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Studies. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) through the National Fire Protection Association. Ryan has earned his Associated Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.
Neil Gately is former employee of Central in the Loss Control Department. Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in wildlife ecology and management from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designations.
Christina Germann Christina Germann is an Actuarial Technician in Central’s Actuarial Department. She spent three summers as an intern at Central before graduating from Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Actuarial Science. Staying true to her mathematical background, she got married on “Pi Day” (March 14, 2015)!
Amy_Grigsby Amy Grigsby is a Commercial Staff Underwriter in Central’s Home Office. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the Ohio State University. Amy has been with Central since 2000. She has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), and Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) designations.
Adam Halde Adam Halde is a Multi-Line Claim Representative in Central’s Northeast Regional Office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. Adam has been with Central for three years and has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
Chris Harris Chris Harris is Central’s Marketing Manager for the state of New York. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Oswego State University. During his 33 years in the insurance industry,Chris has worked in both the commercial underwriting and sales/territorial management areas. He has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agency of CNY Board.
Jackie Hartwell Jackie Hartwell is a Personal Lines Underwriting Technician in Central’s Northeast Regional Office. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science International Relations and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from Thomas College. Jackie is pursuing her Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation.
Erin Heaslip Erin Heaslip is a former employee of Central where she worked as an Accounts Receivable Correspondent. Prior to joining Central, Erin worked in customer service at The Ohio State University Medical Center. She earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University.
Ryan Heil Ryan Heil is an Actuarial Analyst specializing in Commercial Lines Pricing at Central’s Home Office. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science after attending Van Wert High School. In the two years he’s been with Central, Ryan has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation, and is currently pursuing his actuarial designations (ACAS and FCAS) with five of eleven exams passed. In addition to working at Central, Ryan enjoys coaching the local Van Wert High School Boys’ Bowling team.
Melissa Hilvers Melissa Hilvers is a Personal Lines Underwriting Supervisor in the Central Regional Office. Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. During her 15 years with Central, she has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), and Certified Insurance Industry Professional (CIIP) designations. She is also a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals.
Michele Hirsch is a Personal Lines Underwriting Specialist. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University. Michele has been with Central since 1998. She has earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), the Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW), and Associate in Management (AIM) designations. Michele is also a member of Buckeye Insurance Professionals.
Max Hutchinson is a Developer in Central’s IT Management, Accounting and Human Resource group. He recently graudated from Rhodes State College with his Associate’s degree in Web programming and Computer Programming in May of 2016. He enjoys spending free time with friends, raising his little husky puppy and programming some action-packed video games on the weekends!
Brian Ingram Brian Ingram started with Central in October 2005 as a Claims Service Representative in the Auto Material Damage of the Southeast Regional Office. He is currently a Senior Claims Representative with more than ten years of claims experience altogether. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Kennesaw State University and has earned the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
Joi Jackson is a former employee of Central in the Commercial Underwriting Department. Prior to working for Central, Joi worked for predominantly national carriers. Joi holds a Bachelor’s in Finance, Insurance and Risk Management, and a Masters in Training and Development/Organizational Leadership, both obtained from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois.
Staff Commercial Underwriter Pam Kabanuk has been with Central for over 25 years, working 15 years in Central’s excess and surplus lines agency, Central Insurex, as a long-haul truck underwriter, and the last 12 years as a Commercial Underwriter for Central. Pam has earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations.
  Matt Korte has been with Central’s IT department since 1998 and currently serves as the group manager for Commercial Lines.  He is a graduate of Rhodes State College and has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS).
Pam Leis, Development Specialist for Personal Lines, has been with Central for 13 years. Prior to working in personal lines, Pam spent four years in the Training and Education department at Central. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Youngstown State University and has also earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Personal Insurance, and General Insurance designations.
Ryan Lynch is a Commercial Lines Supervisor in the Northeast Regional Office. He earned a degree in finance from Bentley University and has been with Central since 2002. His first 11 years with Central were in the claims department. Ryan has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting – Management (AU-M), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in Management (AIM) designations.
  Scott Marshall is a former employee of Central in the Customer Service Department where he worked as a personal lines representative. He was with the company for nine years.
A 20 year veteran of the insurance industry, Claire May spent 15 years as an independent agent in Florida, Missouri and Texas. Consequently, she has a unique understanding of hurricane and flood insurance. After moving to Colorado, Claire was an aviation agent focusing on private jet management fleets and Fixed Base Operations. She had the opportunity to become a New Business Underwriter for a national insurance company in the Select department for 4 years. She then joined Central Mutual Insurance as the Colorado Marketing Manager in 2010. She is also a volunteer police officer for Castle Rock Police Department Traffic Division as a first responder to traffic accidents and other traffic infractions. In her spare time, Claire enjoys camping, salsa dancing, and spending time with her family.
Scott Mills retired from Central’s IT department in 2015. Scott was the group manager for Management Reporting, Accounting and Human Resources. During his years with Central, he earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM) designations.
Lance Moonshower has worked in Central’s IT department since 1991 and currently serves as the Technical Systems Group Manager. While at Central, he has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) as well as the Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations. In addition to working at Central, Lance also serves as the coach of the Van Wert Girls Varsity Basketball team.
Keith Mulder has been with Central’s IT department since 1997 and currently serves as the manager for the Management Reporting, Accounting, and Human Resources IT group. Keith is a graduate of Rhodes State College and has earned his Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM) and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
Scott Mull is a Claims Supervisor for the Central Regional Office of Central Mutual Insurance. Scott has over seventeen years of claims handling experience and has been with Central for ten years. Scott is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in political science. During his insurance career, Scott has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Management (AIM) designations and Associate in Underwriting (AU).
Kurt Muntzinger is the Home Office Specialty Underwriter. He has worked at Central for 37 years, starting out in the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department in our Southwest Regional Office, and later transferring to the Marketing department where he worked with agents in our Central and Southwest regions. Kurt joined Central’s E&S brokerage agency Central Insurex, where he handled management duties before taking on his current position. Kurt holds his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
Amy Nighswander is a Client Center Correspondent and has been with Central for 12 years. During her time with the company, she has earned her Associate in Insurance (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. Amy received her Agent’s License in 2015 and is currently studying to earn her Associate in Underwriting (AU). Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the Ohio State University and loves all things Ohio State.
Stephanie Olsen has been with Central for 10 years and is a Development Specialist in Home Office Personal Lines Underwriting. Prior to that she was a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter in Central’s Southeast Regional Office. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University and has earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Michelle Perkins-Gorman is a Rates & Forms Analyst in the Home Office Underwriting Operations department. She has earned her Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. In her 14 years at Central, she has previously worked in both Customer Service and Information Technology.
Steve Petty is a Loss Control Specialist handling loss control activities within Arizona and New Mexico in Central’s Southwest Region. He has been with Central since 1996 and in the loss control field since 1986. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Public & Environmental Affairs from Indiana University. He is currently working on his Associated Risk Management (ARM) designation.
Alex__Plotkin Alex Plotkin is a Commercial Lines Underwriter in Central’s Southwest Regional Office. He has ten years of experience in the field. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in History, a Masters in Economics, and an MBA from Bentley University. He is currently studying to earn his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He also serves on the board of the Alliance of Technology and Women, a Dallas-based organization of men and women that work to empower women in technology, as their social media director.
Zach Randolph is a Claims Representative in the Auto Material Damage unit in Central’s Southeast Regional Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Secondary Education from Berry College and is currently working on his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. In his free time, Zach enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and watching movies with his wife.
Drew Reed Drew Reed is a software developer for Central’s Commercial Lines IT. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is currently working toward his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. Drew is passionate about code quality, his wife and son, off-the-grid living, and indoor gardening.
Michael Reeves is Central’s Marketing Manager for North Texas and has worked for Central for 10 years. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Tarleton State University and has also earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years with experience in Marketing, Commercial Underwriting, and Loss Control.
Rebecca Ries is a Personal Lines Underwriting Technician at Central. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and has earned her Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her dog Millie.
Frankie Rodriguez has been a Claims Supervisor in Central’s Southeast Regional office for 13 years. He is a Georgia State graduate and has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
Maria Schroeder works as a Personal Lines Underwriter in the Central Regional Office. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing specialty. She has earned her Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation.
Carol Schulte has been with Central’s IT department since 1979 and currently serves as the Development Supervisor for Personal Lines. She is a graduate of Rhodes State College and has earned her Associate in General Insurance (AINS).
Peter Scrivener As a Loss Control Consultant, Peter Scrivener performs on-site surveys to help educate the policyholder on unsafe conditions and practices, fire and explosion control, fleet safety, motor vehicle report valuations, and estimates of building replacement costs. He also provides technical training on loss control issues and risk management solutions to agents and insureds. Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has been an agent, underwriter, and loss control consultant over the course of his career. Prior to that, he served in the United States Air Force. Peter has 17 years’ experience as a loss control consultant. He joined Central’s loss control team in the Northeast Regional Office in April 2014 and earned his Associated Risk Management (ARM) designation in June 2015.
Loren Shindeldecker, a self-proclaimed “Technophile,” is the Supervisor in Central’s IT Technical Systems group and has 33 years of insurance IT experience, the last 20 of which have been with Central. He is a graduate of Northwestern Business College with a degree in Programming and Systems Analysis. Over the years, Loren has had the opportunity to program and work on a variety of devices. “If it has a processor or connects to a network, I’ve probably worked with it.”
Kirsten States is a Loss Control Specialist responsible for providing property and casualty surveys of business’ operations and identifying hazards and assisting in prevention and control of these hazards within Colorado and West Texas. She has been with Central since 2015, and previously worked as a Safety and Loss Control Specialist in the public education industry for approximately 10 years. Kirsten has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, is a member of the Colorado Chapter American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and is currently working on her Associated Risk Management (ARM) designation.
Jason Stechschulte Jason Stechschulte is a supervisor in Central’s IT Commercial Lines group. He has worked in the IT field since 1998 as a system administrator, programmer and network administrator before starting at Central in 2006. Jason is a graduate of Northwestern College and has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. He keeps busy with his collection of hobbies including fishing, flying airplanes, sky diving, bee keeping and home remodeling.
Dave Stefanowicz is a Personal Lines Underwriting Supervisor in Central’s Southeast Regional Office. Dave has over 17 years of experience in the property and casualty industry and has been with Central since 2005. Dave has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations and completed The Institutes’ Program in Supervisory Management. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
Luke Swartz Luke Swartz is a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter in the Central Regional Office. Luke earned his Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Business Management from Huntington University in 2009 and has been with Central ever since! He started out his career in Commercial Lines Underwriting before taking over as Marketing Manager for Tennessee in 2012. He is now back in his home state of Ohio working with agencies in Michigan and Ohio. Luke has earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and recently obtained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Loss Control Specialist David Thompson works from our Central Regional Office, covering the territories of Illinois and Indiana. He has worked in the insurance industry as a Loss Control Consultant for 30 years. David has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety from Illinois State University.
Lorali Todd Lorali Todd is a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter and has worked in the insurance industry over 20 years, both in Multi-line claims and Personal Lines underwriting. Lorali has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from The Defiance College. She has earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Management (AIM), and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations. Lorali is also a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals.
Rick van den Hengel Rick van den Hengel is an Actuarial Analyst at Central’s Home Office. He joined the company in December of 2014, after having graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Actuarial Science earlier that same month. Rick is currently pursuing his actuarial designations and has passed five of the eleven exams thus far.

Shonda has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and has earned her Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. She is also a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP).
Icello_White As a Loss Control Representative, Icello White is responsible for providing property and casualty surveys of business’ operations, identifying hazards and assisting in prevention and control of these hazards. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, receiving his B.A in Political Science. During his time in college, he enlisted in the United States Navy Reserve, eventually rising to the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class. Icello joined Central in 2010 as a Claims Correspondent in the AMD unit. Before joining the Loss Control department, he worked as a multi-line adjuster handling multiple types of property and casualty losses. His area of expertise is emerging technology and how it alters risk management.
Jason_Williams Jason Williams is a former employee in Central’s IT Department. Prior to joining Central, Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ohio Northern University.
 Cheryl_Yearling Cheryl Yearling earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Management (AIM) designations, and is a graduate of Rhodes State College. A senior member of Central’s Human Resources area, Cheryl serves as Employment Manager and oversees our Training and Education Department.
Matt_Zollner Matt Zollner is Central’s Marketing Manager for the state of Arizona. Matt has over 19 years of experience working on both the carrier and the agency side of insurance. During that time, he served in various positions including marketing, sales, underwriting and management with a wide variety of personal and commercial insurance products. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and has earned both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.
Marc McNulty Guest Blogger Marc McNulty is the Vice President of Insurance Operations at The Uhl Agency in Dayton, Ohio and has been with the agency since 2001. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dayton and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Marc also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.
